Reunited
Pets are part of the family and if you have ever experienced the fear of possibly losing your pet, you know how scary that time can be. That is why it is so important to have your pet microchipped and registered in a pet recovery service. Sandi experienced this first hand with her dog, Apple, and has shared her story with us. Thankfully Apple was microchipped and it all ended with a very happy pet reunion!
“I almost lost an important member of my family. My dog, Apple, got out of the dog run, went under the fence and could not figure out how to get back in. Luckily when I adopted her she had a microchip. I received a call from animal control that someone had found her. When I met the officer at my door I saw that Apple had “pawed” the front door until parts of it broke off. Blood everywhere. Also on the side gate. She must have been frantic. Then she traveled a long ways down a very busy street until she was rescued. Thank goodness for the chip!!!! I would never have seen her again.”
