Cookie the Frequent Flyer

Don’t let Cookie’s small stature fool you — she’s got quite a few stamps on her passport!

Cookie loves to explore and does so frequently. One day when the gate was accidentally left open, Cookie went off on her next adventure, but this time, her collar tag was thankfully on.

Cookie’s owner Janine discovered her son had left the gate open and Cookie had ventured out, yet again. As Janine drove around the neighborhood crying and calling out for her, she reported Cookie missing to AKC Reunite. While still driving and praying that she would find Cookie, her phone rang and AKC Reunite was on the other end with the good news — Cookie had been found and was reported to AKC Reunite by her collar tag.

“I thank God for your company and a great lesson learned for my kids. They used to take her collar off all the time, and we lost her for almost 4 days, but this time because of her collar, she was found in less than an hour” said Janine.

“Cookie is family and I thank you and appreciate you more than you can imagine for being there 24/7, more than once.”
