Enter Found Pet’s Microchip ID Number.

STEP THREE

Verify pet information matches the pet you have found – and either search again or proceed with submitting found pet report.

STEP FOUR

Primary Contact information provided to help you reunite lost pet. AKC Reunite will also contact Primary Contact.
