AKC Reunite Disaster Grants 

In early 2002, AKC Reunite embarked upon supporting various pet-related initiatives, including support for pet-related disaster preparedness and relief efforts. In instances when an AKC Pet Disaster Relief trailer is not available or more support is needed in response to a disaster, AKC Reunite also provides Disaster Grants to local animal welfare organizations that are assisting pets displaced during the emergency.
