HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

STEP ONE

Login to HUB and select FOUND PET SEARCH button.

STEP TWO

Enter Found Pet’s Microchip ID Number.

STEP THREE

Verify pet information matches the pet you have found – and either search again or proceed with submitting found pet report.

STEP FOUR

Primary Contact information provided to help you reunite lost pet. AKC Reunite will also contact Primary Contact.

If the FOUND PET SEARCH button is not displaying in your Account:

  • Contact Your Dedicated Account Manager at 800-252-7894 Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5PM Eastern.
  • Or, CLICK HERE to request a PIN CODE to login to your HUB Account for FOUND PET SEARCH Access.

AKC Reunite will grant your animal control organization FOUND PET SEARCH access after all information
is verified as true and reserves the right to refuse access to non-qualifying organizations.
